We want you to love your style, so if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free exchanges and easy returns within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or credit.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your JustFab account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate and print a prepaid shipping label directly from our website.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, include the return slip, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
